How much do you charge?

Spa Tech has a base hourly rate of $125.  There is a minimum one hour charge for each service call.  After one hour, we will charge in 15 minute increments.  For service calls booked after hours, weekends and holidays, the hourly rate is $190.

How long will my service call take?

Most service calls can be performed within the first hour window.  If the call is going to take longer or is larger than anticipated, the technician can inform you at the time of the service call.

When will the technician arrive?

Spa Tech tries to give you a morning or afternoon window, but during the busy season (Spring, Fall), we may not be able to give you a time of day estimate and book between 9 - 5.  The technician will always call you approximately a half hour before arriving on site.

What areas do you service?

We service Edmonton and surrounding area including places such as Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Leduc, Beaumont, Devon, Fort Saskatchewan, Morinville, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Sturgeon County, Parkland County, Pigeon Lake, Seba Beach, Wabamun & more!  Note: Locations outside a 40 kilometer radius from the Spa Tech shop may be subject to mileage charges.  You can call the office to confirm any mileage charges before your service call.

How much experience do you have?

Our technicians have more than 38 combined years' experience repairing and servicing all all makes and models of hot tubs and all types of pools.

Do I need to be home?

In many cases, you don't need to be home in order for us to service your hot tub or pool, making it much more convenient for you.  When you book your service call, ask the office for details.  We can work with you and your schedule.

Bad Weather

Many customers wonder if their service call is still on if weather is bad.  Our technicians work regardless of the sun shining, rain pouring down or blowing snow.  In most cases, we can still perform your service call.  The only exceptions would be working with pool builds in windy/rainy weather or working on hot tub leaks in very cold or rainy conditions.  If we are unable to perform the expected service the day your call is scheduled, our office will ensure to call you to re-book your call.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We try to make it easy for you to pay your invoice.  Currently Spa Tech accepts the following methods of payment:

  • Cash*
  • Cheque
  • e-Transfer
  • Debit
  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express

Our technicians carry portable payment machines so you can easily pay at the door for your service call. 

*Note: Technicians do not carry a cash float so if you wish to pay by cash, please note that you will have to have the exact cash amount on hand.

Do you sell hot tubs too?
